What all features does TITAN offer?

Is TITAN available in my Country and Language?
Titan is available to worldwide customers in any language. Out of box setup comes with an option to setup any 10 languages of your choice.
Can I access this through mobile phone or any mobile device?
Yes, you can launch Titan through mobile APP. TITAN is fully responsive and works in your mobile browser through mobile APP. It supports both Android and iOS devices. You can search for “Titan4work” on either Play store or App store.
Can I use TITAN for collaborating with my external users, which are not, paid subscribers in my Office365?
Yes, TITAN fully supports the ‘External User Sharing’ functionality of Office 365 or SharePoint Online.
How secure is my Data in TITAN?
TITAN is deployed onto your own office365 or SharePoint and is fully under your control interns of data and content. TITAN has exactly same security that is offered by office365 or SharePoint On-premise.
Whether I will get an upgrade for my TITAN?
Your subscription fee includes all upgraded and new features. However, we may introduce new business application in future that might attract addition fee.
Can I change the layout and design of TITAN?
No, the layout cannot be changed. However, you can change the branding and theme of your TITAN. We will be launching additional layouts so that customer can chose his favorite layout in future. Theme changing would labels and background themes using any specific color or image or pattern.
Can I customize TITAN?
In case you need any custom features, please contact us separately. We will have to evaluate your requirements and suggest possible solution that may or may not require customization.
What makes TITAN different from other Intranets?
TITAN is highly dynamic in nature and can be configured with very user-friendly Admin panel. TITAN is multilingual, Multi Company and can be deployed on Office365 or SharePoint Online. TITAN offers very user-friendly document management system that is customized on top of out of the box features that SharePoint or Office365 has.

Pricing

What is pricing model for TITAN?
You have to pay per user per month as subscription. We charge either quarterly or annually. Customers can save around 15% by paying annual subscription. Subscription fee covers support.
Other than ongoing subscription fee, what additional charges do I have to pay?
You have to pay onetime fee that covers setup, consulting and training. This fee is not optional.
Do I need to buy multiple subscription for multiple companies under my organization?
No, you need not to buy different subscriptions. With the same subscription plan, you can setup intranet for multiple companies. There is no limit on the number of departmental sites within any company. However, plan restricts total number of named users across all companies.
Is user subscription based on named user or concurrent users?
Subscription fee is based on named users only.
Can we add or reduce number of users going forward?
Yes, you can change number of users at the time of your next renewal cycle. You can add additional users any time during your ongoing billing cycle. However, you can reduce number of users during your next billing cycle.
Can I switch from perpetual license to subscription or vice versa?
No that option is not available. That will be considered as a new sale or new subscription.
Is there any annual maintenance that I have to pay in addition to my subscription?
No, you do not have to pay any addition fee for support. Your support comes free with your subscription.
Do I have to pay for any additional data or storage?
Your data and storage is governed by your Office365 plans only.
I want to go for Startup option. Do I have to pay anything in addition to onetime setup fee?
No, you do not have to pay anything extra.
What is the meaning of limited upgrades for Startup option?
Some of our future releases may not allow additional features for Startup option.
What are the payment options?
We are accepting wire transfers only at the moment as payment option. Very shortly, we will be introducing credit card payment options.
Can I purchase perpetual license for TITAN by paying onetime cost?
TITAN is only available as subscription for both Office365 or SharePoint On-Premise. However in case of SharePoint On-Premise instance having more than 1000 users, we may sell perpetual license. Please contact us for a separate quote for that.

Implementation

Do I have to share my Office365 Admin password with you to deploy TITAN?
We do not need your Admin password for Office365. Since TITAN is deployed on your Office365 or SharePoint, you have total control on all passwords and site collections.
How long does it take to implement TITAN?
Actual solution deployment takes few hours only. Once Solution is deployed, it requires setup and user configurations such as creating Companies, Departments and Users etc. This configuration and setup does not need any technical skills because of user-friendly Admin panel that every business users can easily understand. If customer is clear about what roles are to be given to each user, then it is matter of few 1-3 days (depending on number of users, Companies, Department sites). Therefore, TITAN can go live in less than a week.
If you were a large enterprise, it would take around 1-2 months that would cover your kick-off meetings, workshops and user trainings in multiple batches.
What will happen to my current document libraries in SharePoint?
They can all be migrated to TITAN. This would need an additional migration effort.
What is required for installation of TITAN on Office365 or SharePoint On-Premise?
All we need is a new site collection. Once TITAN is deployed, you will have full control on your TITAN site and our deployment team will no longer have any access to that site unless it is shared with us for a purpose.
Will I be getting a user manual and what exactly does that cover?
You will be getting a user guide that covers step-by-step explanation of using all features. Additionally you will be getting an Admin Guide that will help your TITAN administrators to learn and configure TITAN by themselves in future.
Does implementation happen onsite or through remote access?
Implementation is done remotely. Incase customer wants implementation team to be on site, there will be a separate additional cost.
Which license of office365 do I need?
All licenses of Office365 that have SharePoint in it. Generally, it is Business Essential or higher.
Do we need Azure subscription?
You do not need Azure subscription to run TITAN. However, we may offer additional features in future that might require Azure subscription.
Can TITAN be deployed on SharePoint On-Premise?
Yes, TITAN can be deployed on SharePoint On-Premise 2013 or 2016. However many functions such as Delve, Yammer, Teams, Planner and few more would not be available in On-Premise SharePoint.
Can TITAN be deployed on SharePoint Online?
Yes, TITAN can be deployed on SharePoint Online. However many functions such as Delve, Yammer, Teams, Planner and few more may not be available if your subscription does not cover these services offered by Microsoft.
Can I deploy TITAN if I do not have Office365 or SharePoint?
No, You can only deploy TITAN on Office365 or SharePoint On-Premise.
How much data can be stored on TITAN?
Data storage depends on your Office365 subscription plans. TITAN would consume data storage out of your existing storage only.
How many days are required for user and Admin training?
Generally, one batch of business user training would need 3-4 hours. In case of Admin training, we need about 6-8 hours of session to make Admin users fully trained. Generally, we provide 20 Hours of training that covers both business users and admin users. In case you require more than 20 hours of training, you can purchase additional hours any time.

Support

What does ongoing support cover?
Regular support covers Q&A, clarifications, Admin queries, Setup queries, Document migration queries, upgrades etc. However, customers can opt for additional training hours to be purchased separately incase more user or admin trainings are required in future.
Is your support available in all languages?
Our support is available in English language only at the moment. However, we will be soon announcing our support for other languages as well.
Is your support available 24x7?
Not at the moment. However depending upon your geography of operation, we can provide at least 3-4 hours of support during your business hours. We will be announcing 24x7 support shortly.
What is the uptime guarantee of TITAN?
TITAN is deployed on your Office365 or SharePoint. As long as your office365 or SharePoint is running, TITAN will be running as well. In case your particular site collection has any issue; TITAN will not have any downtime.
What does Limited Support mean for Startup option?
Voice support is not available and support will not be available during non-business hours and holidays. Depending upon usage and track history of support tickets, we may charge nominal annual support from 2nd year onward.
What is the frequency of updates?
We provide quarterly updates that cover new features and fixes.
